I can’t say enough good things about the beautifully and thoughtfully prepared food. I chatted with Mia, the founder of Transitional Gastronomy, who cerates “bespoke events featuring local forages and wild food, as well as our artisanal spices, infusions, ales and beverages”. What she prepares is miles above most anything I’ve tasted in LA, due to the layering and the love!
