Katrina and now an oil spill? Residents on the Gulf Coast must feel like Job

I have been just sick about the news of the spill. I am taken back to 2005 as we waited for Katrina to hit. I had just finished helping my mother with remodeling and decorating her beach house in Gulfport, Mississippi and was planning a week on the Coast of antiquing and cocktail lunches of jumbo Gulf shrimp. The people of the Coast have suffered and this is really too much -waiting for an inevitable disaster to hit is the worst kind of torpor.

Thanks to Beth Ousley for letting me know about this informative site on what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico. I am praying that a resolution is reached soon. You can find a photo gallery of the disaster and the mediation of the damage is here.
